What can Cohort do without asking me?
Whatever you allow. Each agent has a mode: acts on its own, or asks first. Spending money, booking travel and sending messages in your name default to asking first.
Which apps does it connect to?
Google and Microsoft calendar and mail, Slack, Notion and Linear directly, and any website through the agent's own computer. More connections arrive through the beta.
Where does my data live?
In your Cohort workspace, encrypted at rest. Agents use your accounts through scoped tokens you can revoke at any time, and every action is logged in Runs.
Can I see what an agent did?
Every turn shows a trace: each step, the site it visited, the account it used and how long it took. Nothing runs in the dark.
Is this a chatbot?
No. You can talk to any agent, but most of the value is what happens between conversations: agents watch, act and report back.
